About Me

I'm an Associate Professor of Law at Seton Hall University Law School, where I also serve as Director of the Gibbons Institute of Law, Science & Technology.

My professional research interests cover intellectual property and competition law in the life sciences industries; patent reform; access to technology in developing countries; and the social norms, ethical values, and legal structures that regulate access to technology and information. I'm also interested in the relationship of culture and religious faith, in particular as viewed through the lens of Christian theology.
